Withdraw from your contract

Changed your mind? You can withdraw from your order here, in two steps, without an account.

You can withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of your order date, and in every case within at least 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Fill in the form, then press Confirm withdrawal.

Chris confirms receipt by email within one working day and sends you the return address. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. For a change of mind, return postage is paid by you. We refund the full price you paid, including delivery, within 14 days.

Damaged or faulty? You don’t need this form: write to chris@houndandhome.eu with a photo and we sort it out at no cost to you.
