1. Who we are

Hound & Home (houndandhome.eu) is run by CK Studio – Christophe Kahmann, Chemin de la Mastelle 19, 7063 Neufvilles, Belgium. Enterprise and VAT number: BE1032.286.173. Email: chris@houndandhome.eu. These terms apply to every order placed on this website.

2. Products and prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT and delivery. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the real fabric. Sizes and materials are given on each product page.

3. Your order

When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is formed when we confirm your order. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we tell you and refund you in full.

4. Payment

You pay at checkout with one of the payment methods shown there. Payments are processed securely; we never see your full card details.

5. Delivery

We deliver to 25 EU countries. Orders usually arrive in 3–8 working days. See our delivery policy for details.

6. Returns and right of withdrawal

You can return an item within 30 days of your order date, and always within at least 14 days of receiving it. Return postage for a change of mind is paid by you. See our returns and refunds policy, which includes the model withdrawal form, or use our online withdrawal form.

7. Legal guarantee

All products come with the legal guarantee of conformity that applies in the EU: at least 2 years, or longer where the law of your country provides it. If an item is damaged or faulty, contact us at chris@houndandhome.eu and we replace or refund it at no cost to you.

8. Liability

We are responsible for delivering products that match their description. We are not liable for damage caused by normal wear, misuse or not following the care instructions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

9. Personal data

We use your details to handle your order, answer your questions and, if you sign up, send you our newsletter. See our privacy policy.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. This does not take away the protection you have under the consumer law of the country where you live. If you have a complaint, write to us first; you can also contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (www.mediationconsommateur.be).
