Delivery is included in every price you see. There is no shipping fee at checkout.

Where we deliver

We deliver to 25 EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

How long it takes

Orders usually arrive in 3–8 working days. Your beds and cushions are shipped directly from the makers' warehouses in Poland, in plain parcels. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Tracking

When your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking link.

If a parcel arrives damaged

Please tell us as soon as you can at chris@houndandhome.eu, with a photo of the parcel and the item. We replace or refund it at no cost to you.
