Lukko is an oval basket, handmade from braided rope. The oval follows the natural shape of a dog curled up asleep, and suits breeds such as French Bulldogs, Beagles, Dachshunds, Pugs, Basenjis, Border Terriers and Jack Russells.
The rope is 50% cotton and 50% polyester, OEKO-TEX® certified. The polyester cushion in the base is removable, which makes the basket easy to keep clean. Outside 70 × 60 cm, inside 60 × 47 cm.
Each basket is handmade to order, so please allow up to 4 extra working days before it ships.
Best for: dogs who sleep curled up.

Care
Always follow the care label on your item. The spec card above has the details for this model.
Many covers have a zip and can be taken off for washing. Purré covers are machine washable at 30°C.
For leather details, rope baskets and foam inners, check the care label before you clean. Not sure? Write to chris@houndandhome.eu.
Finding the right size
- Wait until your dog is asleep in their usual position and measure from the nose to the base of the tail.
- Add 15–20 cm. If your dog sleeps curled up, measure the curled circle across its widest point instead.
- Compare your number with the sizes on the spec card. These are outer measurements: on beds with a raised edge the lying area is smaller, so allow for the rim.
- Mark the size on the floor with masking tape where the bed will go, and check that your dog fits inside the lines.
Between sizes? Send Chris your measurement at chris@houndandhome.eu.

Safety information
- For dogs and cats only. Not a toy: keep children from playing with it.
- Remove all packaging before use and keep plastic bags away from children and pets.
- Check the bed regularly. If the cover, seams or filling are damaged, stop using it until it is repaired or replaced, so your pet cannot swallow loose pieces.
- Do not leave a dog that chews alone with the bed.
- Keep away from open fire, heaters and other heat sources.
- Follow the care label when cleaning.
